The MoU was created by Sarthak Behuria, President, IndianOil, and Admiral (Retd.) R H Tahiliani, former Chief of Staff and President of TII, signed. As part of the protocol, IndianOil is committed to implementing the Integrity Pact for all major purchasing and working activities. Four independent external monitors, appointed by TII in agreement with the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), supervise the activities. The Integrity Pact would strengthen established systems and procedures by building trust and gaining full support from the Central Vigilance Commission. IndianOil adopted the Integrity Pact of July 15, 2008.
